Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes, we welcome walk-ins whenever availability allows. However, appointments are recommended to ensure you get your preferred barber and appointment time. You can check availability and book online through our website, or give the shop a call and we'll be happy to let you know if we can fit you in that day.

Do you offer bead trims?

Yes. Beard trims and beard grooming are one of our specialties. Whether you're looking for a quick cleanup, a shape-up, or a complete beard transformation, our barbers can help keep your beard looking sharp and suited to your face shape, style, and grooming routine. Many clients pair a beard trim with a haircut for a complete grooming experience.

Do you offer hot towels?

Yes. Hot towels are available as part of select beard grooming and barbering services, helping you relax while providing a clean, comfortable grooming experience. If you're interested in a hot towel treatment, beard service, or a more traditional barber experience, give us a call and we'll be happy to recommend the right service and barber for you.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment to another client.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee. If something unexpected comes up, please give us a call as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help reschedule your appointment

Do you offer discounts?

We occasionally offer promotions for new clients, neighborhood residents, and special community events. The best way to stay up to date on current offers is to follow us on Instagram or ask when booking your appointment.

We don't serve coffee ourselves, but our friends next door at Epoch Coffee have you covered with some of the best coffee in Austin. Feel free to grab a drink before your appointment or on your way out. While you're in the shop, we offer complimentary water, soda, and beer, along with a small selection of beverages to help you relax and enjoy your visit.

What are you hours?

We are open 7 days a week.

8am - 6pm Monday to Friday

9am - 3pm on Weekends

Appointments can be scheduled outside these hours just call us to check availability
